Hello SVGAlib World I tried to install SVGAlib 1.4.1 replacing 1.3.1 and I get error messages. I am running the RTAI 0.7 version of Linux 2.2.10 which is built on RedHat 6.0. RTAI uses a Real Time Hardware Abstraction Layer (RTHAL) to create a hard realtime system. The problem with the installation of SVGAlib has something to do with this particular distribution of Linux. The error messages are: /lib/libvga.so: undefined reference to `rthal' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[1]: *** [restorefont] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/svga_tmp/svgalib-1.4.1/utils make: *** [textutils] Error 2 You can see the undefined reference to RTHAL which is why I think it's a distribution problem. Can you please please help with this install problem. Thanks, DJS ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com
