All,
I compiled SVGA lib that I downloaded last week. I dont really
understand whether Voodoo3 3000 PCI falls under AT2D/3D or BANSEE. I copied
the latest libvga.config over the previous one. I compiled svga lib to
detect just BANSEE and APM(? AT2D/3D for promise card ? ). When I set the
chipset detection to APM I got a max res of 320x400x256. When I set it to
BANSEE, monitor went to powersaving mode :-<

Which chipset do I use ?

I tested it using the wrapdemo in the threeDKit directory.

Actually, there is support for banshee and V3 in 1.4.1 (they are the same
as far as 2d is concerned). There might be problems if not all V3's use
the same pci id, but that should be easy to fix.
