All, I compiled SVGA lib that I downloaded last week. I dont really understand whether Voodoo3 3000 PCI falls under AT2D/3D or BANSEE. I copied the latest libvga.config over the previous one. I compiled svga lib to detect just BANSEE and APM(? AT2D/3D for promise card ? ). When I set the chipset detection to APM I got a max res of 320x400x256. When I set it to BANSEE, monitor went to powersaving mode :-< Which chipset do I use ? Actually, there is support for banshee and V3 in 1.4.1 (they are the same as far as 2d is concerned).
