Hi, 'dnacgr' - a tool to visualise patterns in DNA has been released with support for printing to file in PNG format. Thanks to everyone for their kind support in bug testing and helping with coding. In the wake of the Human Genome Project, this is one more tool to unravel ourselves. Thanks, Indraneel --------------------------------------------- Begin4 Title: dnacgr Version: 0.2 Entered-date: 2000-07-06 Description: Program to visualise patterns in DNA and RNA by using Chaos Game Representation. Shows probability of bases and sequences and can read .fasta and .seq format files. Can be used for genome analysis. Reads millions of bases from files in seconds. Runs on console, requires svgalib.
